Christ Restoration University is called to provide sound education inculcating biblical and kingdom principles to every aspect of training. Restoring Mankind back to original purpose of formation bringing forth the Will of God humanity.  Matt.6:10

To raise Men and Women who will represent God as Light in every stratum of society in fulfilling the mandate of Christ as “You are the Light of the World” Matt.5:14

Mission

Educational training beyond mind knowledge to spiritual empowerment for Kingdom Advancement in carrying out the Great Commission from the Church to the World. Matt.28:19

Religious License & Ordination

In empowering our students and graduates, we also offer Religious Christian Counseling license, Ministerial license, and ordination through our Affiliate Organizations “Global Ministers and Churches Alliance” and Global Association of Christian Counselors” for those who desires such for faith-based counseling practice and Christian ministry purposes.

Credentials issued through the Global Association of Christian Counselors (GACC) are ecclesiastical and religious credentials and are not state-issued mental health licenses.

History

Christ Restoration University started as a Bible College & Seminary. This vision came to the Founder, Dr. George Agbonson in 2003. The Lord gave him the vision to raise Kingdom Leaders that will manifest the Kingdom of God by bringing transformation to all aspect of society.
Eventually, the School was born in 2010 in the USA. A school beyond the four walls of classroom was the global mandate. As such it became an outreach to the nations of the earth training men and women to know God better, raise ministers of the Gospel. Christ Restoration Bible College has successfully train hundreds of Christian men and women in over 10 countries, with campuses established in several countries of the world and the Head Campus here in the U.S.A.
Christ Restoration Bible College & Seminary transitioned to Christ Restoration University in 2021 to offer more academic disciplines besides theological education.

Legal Standing, Recognition and Accreditation

Christ Restoration University is a private religious institution operating pursuant to Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes. The University provides religious education for ministry, Christian leadership, Christian counseling ministry, Christian education, chaplaincy, and related religious vocations.  incorporated as Tax-Exempt Organization in the State of Maryland and the State of Florida with authorization by the Commission for Independent Education under the Florida Department of Education to be exempt & operate as a private institution to offer religious degrees: Associate, Bachelor, Masters, and Doctorate.

Christ Restoration University is not accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. Christ Restoration University is a Christian Institution and has chosen not to pursue secular accreditation from the 6 accrediting agencies in the USA as it is not required because of the separation of powers between Church and State. However, our institution has accreditation and membership approval with the following Christian accrediting agencies.
